Brandywine Grove started out as a dream in 2015 when I first purchased the property.

Then, finally, in 2020, while COVID had everything shut down, I started laying out the property. We broke ground in April, 2021, had our first guests in November 2021, & finally completed all 4 builds in January 2023.

After that I started building more STR properties at Paradise Lake. Those are still being finished - and will be completed by the time of the event.

All you need to get started is a dream. In the workshop, I'll help you create the plan to make that dream become a reality.

Terms and Conditions for the 3-Day Luxurious STRs Workshop:

  1. Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket for this workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Workshop Schedule: The workshop will take place over three consecutive days as advertised. Participants are expected to arrive on time for each day of the workshop.
  3. Workshop Content: The workshop is designed to provide education and training on building short-term rental properties. The content will be presented in various formats, including lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities.
  4. No Guarantee of Success: While every effort will be made to provide valuable information and resources, we cannot guarantee that participants will be successful in building a short-term rental property. Success depends on factors outside of our control, including market conditions and individual effort.
  5. Non-Refundable: Tickets for the workshop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, please contact us at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop.
  6. Travel Responsibility: Participants are responsible for all travel expenses, including arranging any transportation to and from the workshop location.
  7. Accommodations: Participants will be hosted within one of our nine STR properties at either Brandywine Grove or Paradise Lake. Each single participant will receive a private bed while couples will share a private bed. Common areas will be shared with other participants. Each participant is expected to abide by the rules within each property and respect the other participants they will be sharing a property with.
  8. Workshop Conduct: We expect all participants to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the workshop. Any behavior that is disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
  9. Non-Disclosure: Participants agree not to sell or distribute any materials received at the workshop, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, floor plans, and recordings.
  10. Photography and Video: By attending the workshop, you agree to allow us to use photographs or videos of you for marketing and promotional purposes.
  11. Disclaimer: We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own safety and should take appropriate precautions.
  12. Changes to the Workshop: We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or location at any time.
  13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the workshop is held.
